Sintered Stone
Ordito
Travertine, drawn fine.
Ordito (or-DEE-toh) is Italian for the fine threads stretched tight and parallel on a loom, before any cloth is woven. A linear cut of travertine, drawn fine: tight banding, a warm ivory, and pore structure softened almost to grain. The lines are regular enough to carry across panels and quiet enough to recede, letting the surface run floor to wall without competing with anything placed against it. Fine, warm, and continuous.
