Selciato (sel-CHAH-toh) is a pale, warm field scattered with small mineral fragments in soft tonal contrast, the conglomerate character of ceppo made even and continuous. The pattern is lively at close range and settles into texture at distance, which makes it forgiving underfoot and generous across large floors. Stone with warmth built into the surface.
